Life Coaching is a new concept to a lot of our tenants and service users.It gave them a new way of thinking about things and perspective on looking after themselves. Our 2 night workshop with our ladies group ranging in ages from 30-80 years helped us start out on our individual wellbeing journeys together. We gained knowledge around taking time for ourselves, everyday grounding tools and breathwork for regulation. This will no doubt have an impact on our self awareness and positively affect our own mental health and our group dynamic.
